A SOFT PLACE TO LAND FOR REPRODUCTIVE & PERINATAL MENTAL HEALTH

Offering in-person and virtual appointments in Manitoba.

Welcome Here

A woman with shoulder-length brown hair, glasses, and a pink sweater is sitting on a wooden chair with her arms crossed, smiling. There is a green plant in the background and a white wall.

I'm Aveeve Mclaughlin (she/her), a trauma therapist specializing in reproductive and perinatal mental health.

I know what it's like when life refuses to follow the plan. When you're juggling endless appointments, carrying invisible grief, making impossible decisions, and somehow still expected to keep going.

Whether you're navigating infertility, pregnancy loss, donor conception, birth trauma, or another unexpected chapter in your reproductive story, you don't have to explain why this hurts so much, teach me about the acronyms or medical procedures. I bring both lived experience and more than two decades of clinical experience to this work, so we can focus on what matters most: helping you make sense of your story, process what you've been through, and find a way forward.

You don’t have to carry this on your own.
