A SOFT PLACE TO LAND FOR REPRODUCTIVE & PERINATAL MENTAL HEALTH

Offering in-person and virtual appointments in Manitoba.

Welcome Here

A woman with shoulder-length brown hair, glasses, and a pink sweater is sitting on a wooden chair with her arms crossed, smiling. There is a green plant in the background and a white wall.

I’m Aveeve McLaughlin (she/her), an experienced trauma therapist specializing in reproductive and perinatal mental health.

When life doesn’t go as planned—through infertility, pregnancy loss, or birth trauma—you deserve a space that feels safe, compassionate, and free of judgment. You also need practical tools to help you cope in the present while making space for deeper healing over time.

I offer evidence-based, trauma-informed therapy drawing from both personal experience with reproductive loss and decades of clinical experience. This lived experience shapes how I show up for clients: with empathy, collaboration, and an understanding that you shouldn’t have to explain the medical procedures, emotional stressors, or secondary losses that can come with reproductive trauma.

You don’t have to go through this alone.
